Built-in apps
Prism’s built-in apps are ready-to-use capabilities the agent can combine with the dashboards and tools it builds for you. Open them from the app rail. Some appear only in shared mode or when an integration is connected; an administrator can also hide apps.
Dashboard and workspaces
Your adaptable work area: each dashboard brings together a conversation, widgets and a layout. Ask the agent to build a tracker, a form or a monitoring view, then evolve it. Execution files and backend services live in the execution workspace; switching dashboards does not create a new isolated machine.
Read, search, write and organize mail through your IMAP/SMTP account. Manage folders and inbox rules, then ask the agent to categorize messages, summarize unread mail or help with a reply. The agent can work in the composer; editing a draft and sending it are separate actions.
Notes
Keep Markdown notes, tags and written work. Use Prism’s database or connect a mounted Markdown vault. Ask the agent to write or revise the open note; its changes appear in the editor. Add to knowledge indexes a note for document search when embeddings are configured.
Tasks
Track personal to-dos with priorities and optional deadlines. Complete, reopen or edit them yourself or through the agent. Local storage works immediately; CalDAV and Todoist are optional sources. Scheduled shows agent automations separately from ordinary to-dos and, when connected, outbound phone work.
Calendar
View and manage appointments, including all-day events. Use local events or connect CalDAV, Google or Microsoft and choose the active source. The agent can create, update and remove events, or help edit the event form currently open. Your profile timezone supplies the local time context.
Activity
Review completed actions, errors, webhook runs and inbox-rule results. Technical filters help investigate tool execution. This is an operation journal, not a complete interpretation of every shell command; full tool arguments and outputs remain in the conversation.
Room — shared mode
Talk with your group and its shared agent. Select the group, then mention @agent or its configured name to request a response. The shared agent receives group context and tools; this is distinct from your personal dashboard conversation.
When PrismVox is connected
Telephony administration becomes available in Admin → Telephony, profile phone/transfer fields appear, and the agent gains outbound-call capabilities. The calling line, speech and transfers are handled by PrismVox; phone conversations have a restricted toolset.
Terminal and file editor
The terminal and file editor inspect the execution workspace behind your dashboards. Use them to examine generated code or diagnose a service. In shared mode terminal access is reserved to administrators; these utilities do not open a shell on a member’s own computer.
